Of Low Quebec, passed away March 11, 2018 at the Maniwaki Hospital, at the age of 71. Son of the late Roy Evans and the late Mary Presley, beloved husband of the late Patricia Toner.

There is no visitation,
A memorial service will be held in Ottawa at a later date.
