Of Rapid Lake, passed away March 13, 2018 at the Mont-Laurier Hospital, at the age of 63. Son of the late Simon Ratt and the late Cecile Keyes.
Beloved husband of Nelly Papatie, loving mother of Rolland, Wanida, Marguerite, Sheila and Simon, dear grandfather of many grandchildren. Dear brother of Daniel.
